RECIPES CHOCOLATE SKINNY DIPPED COFFEE-SICLES

- Yield: 10 popsicles, depending on mold
Ingredients:
- Popsicles
- 2 1/2 cups Internal Delight Iced Coffee Mocha
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbs heavy cream
Magic Shell
- 1 cup dark (gluten free) chocolate chips
- 2 tbs coconut oil
Instructions:
Stir iced coffee and heavy cream in a large measuring cup or bowl. Pour into Popsicle molds. Add sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight. When the are ready, dip them in the magic shell.
To make magic shell: Stir chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Dip popsicles half way.
